my girlfriend.!!!

hahahaha!!! I have a beautiful girlfriend. she named is LEI.
she was staying in China now, so we have a long distance love. i miss her very much.
I stay at home talking on the telephone with her everyday.

Last october 25th . It was her birthday. I staied in Canada so i couldnot celebrate with her, so i decided to buy a flower on internet and someone will sent to her. here is a picture!!!

  In this Valentine's Day, I didnot buy a gift for her. i just made a more specific gift for my dear girlfriend.let see it . it is  a picture.!!

Microsoft "treatment of employees"

Last week Friday, we had a second presentation in this semester.
I was taking about the Microsoft --"treatment of employees".

now ,let see a picture first!

what can you see in this picture. all the worker a young woman. They are sleeping...why?? they are so tired!!

now. i will talking about three things in Microsoft! 1.overwork 2.bad living condition 3.low wages



First---Overwork.Most of worker in Microsoft work from 7:00am to 10:00 pm. work six days a week. Overworked employees are becoming a real issue in Microsoft. And when we get to that point. Just because the employee is working harder. It doesn't mean that she or he is working better. As it turn out . Increased workloads that lead to overworked employees usually do more harm than good to the business.

Second---Bad living condition.The worker also sleep on site, in factory apartment. with 14 worker in a small room. They must buy their own mattresses and bed, or sleep on 28 in-wide plywood boards. many of the workers, because they are young woman, are regularly sexually harassed.

Third---The Microsoft only Paid the worker 0.65USD per hour. one worker said:" I know I can choose not to work overtime, but if i don't work overtime then i am stuck with only 770 Chinese yuan per month in basic wages." Only 770 Chinese yuan per month is not nearlt enough to support a family. Most of their parents are famers without job. They do not have pensions. What can they do??? just work overtime overtime overtime....


However, Microsoft is a wonderful company in the world, They pay more than 200 billion dollar in tax revenue worldwide. It is really help to push the economy grow. On the other hand, Microsoft need to have a fair treatment of employees. Each person has their own rights. Microsoft could not do like this things anymore. At last, Microsoft said it was committed to the "fair treatment and saftly of workers"

Disneyland in LA

Did you know how many Disneyland in the world? Disneyland is a wonderful place. You can
hear the most sound on there is smiling. I had been in LA Disneyland last summer. I left a deep memory on there. Because the beautiful setting, characters can ride me to their funny story.


When I entered to the gate, I saw many colorful daisies separate on two sides, The second can give you a mood at the beginning of the journey. We could saw many stores for visitors buy souvenirs. There are many different kind of souvenirs. It can suitable for any age of people to buy what they want. When I go aound Disneyland. I could see a castle. There is a grand and plush castle in front of me. That is the most luxurious castle i saw. I could seea huge bule tall mountail and a train chugging along the edges.

 In the Disneyland ,we can see many Disney characters around of us. For instance, Mickey, the mose familiar charater. He is very funny on the cartoon. He can make many children laughing and left us a deep memory in our brain. Second, the lovely Pooh and the smoothly Tiger on the same cartoon. Although they are not funny as same as Mickey. Many children in the Disneyland like to take photo with them. Third, Witch, a character from the Snow white, Although that is the bad character, many children did not afraid with her, they like to play and enjoy the funny time with them.Characters can increase the laughing and attract many children to visit the Disneyland.

My sister's wedding party

Here was a big day for my whole family in last novermber 20th because of my sister had a wedding party at that day!!! Have a good wish for her.

My sister was twenty- four years old. She is a nice person. Everyday in Canada, she cook for me and my brother. She just like a mother. hahahha!! really, just like my second mother in my life.!!

At that day, I wear formal attire, this was my first time to wear Western-style clothes, here is a picture!haha

I know everyone know who is Justin Bieber.haha..He just a little guy but he is really really really famous. He born in March 1,1994, just 17 years old boy. Justin Bieber is a Canadian pop/R&B singer-songwriter and actor.  The music video of "Baby" is currently ranked as the most viewed, most discussed, and  most disliked YouTube video. I really love Justin Bieber much. I love his every sony , "Baby" " One time" "Never say never" "U smile" "That should be me" ........The video for his recent song, "Baby", attracted 270 million views on Youtube.

Many think that one reason The Karate Kid overperformed on its opening weekend was because of the video that Bieber made with Jaden Smith. The Karate Kid---- this movie is talking about a kid (Jaden Smith) to learn kongfu. Jaden Smith learn kongfu from Jacky chan, I saw this movie in Silver city Richmond last summer,  This is a good movie!!!!

                                       
            I think most of his fans are female. He is very handsome. I love his hair style too. I think most symbolic things to Justin Bieber is his hair style .  like Lady gaga also cut a bieber's hair style before too.

    now .Justin Bieber have a new hair style. It's look like more mature. also handsome.!!hahahahaha!!

          Here is a Documentary Film about Justin Bieber in 3D. The film will come out February 11, 2011 on Valentine's Day weekend.   I saw this movie with my sister last few weeks. what a wonderful moive, good songs, good 3D and the most important thing. good Justin Bieber!!!!
